We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How can I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and visit our Returns Portal to generate a shipping label.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cosmody ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
